Clicked on a link this morning telling me all about “7 foods you think
are healthy but are not”. Not a whole lot of surprises there, feel like I’m
pretty in tune with what’s good for you and not.
Not like I live my life all accordingly or anything, but I know…for the most part, what’s a bad or worse choice to make.
Subway was on that list, by the way. Lots of chemicals and processed shit in those sandwiches.
Still tastes pretty good though, the one I just had for lunch did anyway.
